A part of his ongoing Studio Visit series on Louis Vuitton’s Instagram account, designer Virgil Abloh has given us teaser of the first sneaker he’s working on for the French luxury brand.

In the video, which can be seen in the Stories section on brand’s account, Abloh can be seen sketching out preliminary designs for what he calls a “classic sneaker”. In the initial drawings, we can see a mid-top shapes shoe with the famous LV monogram emblazoned on the side.

Glimpsed of his clothing designs are also given in the videos, briefly showcasing oversized coats and some loose tailored piece as well as some graphic t-shirts, all featuring the house’s signature branding.

The Spring/Summer 2019 collection will be the first designed by Virgil Abloh and will debut on 21 June in Paris.
